How verification works
Every practice is verified before it appears — no fabricated ratings, no fake awards. Here's exactly what that means.
A real practice, matched
We start from real practice data — name, address, and phone — and match each listing to its verified Google Business Profile.
A confirmation code
To claim and manage a listing, the practice confirms ownership with a one-time code sent by text or email to the practice on file.
Verified, then live
Once confirmed, the listing is marked verified. Owners can then keep their details accurate and complete.
What we will never do
- Publish fabricated reviews, ratings, or testimonials.
- Invent awards, certifications, or "class of {year}" language.
- Hide or down-rank free listings to pressure upgrades.
Reviews
Patient reviews are native to the directory and accrue over time. Until a practice has real reviews, its profile honestly shows "No reviews yet" — we never fill the gap with invented numbers.
