These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of America's Top Chiropractors (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is a general template and should be reviewed by your legal counsel before launch.

The Service

ATC is an independent directory of chiropractic practices. We provide listings for informational purposes. We are not a chiropractic provider, and listings do not constitute a referral, endorsement, or guarantee of any practice.

Not medical advice

Content on the Service is for general information only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for diagnosis and treatment.

Listings & ownership

• Practices may claim and manage their listing after verifying ownership.
• You may only claim a practice you own or are authorized to represent.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and must keep it up to date.
• We may verify, edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate these Terms or are inaccurate.

Featured listings & billing

Featured listings are an optional paid upgrade billed on a recurring basis (currently $299/year). If you cancel, your verified free listing remains; you lose only the Featured enhancements. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Specific billing terms are presented at checkout.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Don't scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don't post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

Reviews

Patient reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We prohibit fabricated, incentivized, or fake reviews, and may remove content that violates this policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design and trademarks, is owned by ATC. You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a license to display it as part of the Service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll revise the "last updated" date above.
