• Practice information. Public business details such as name, address, phone, hours, specialties, and services — sourced from public records and the practices themselves.
• Account information. If you create a practice account, we collect your email address and any profile details you provide.
• Verification data. When claiming a listing, we process one-time codes sent to the practice's phone or email to confirm ownership.
• Usage data. Standard log and device data (e.g., pages viewed, browser type) to operate and improve the Service.

How we use information

• To operate the directory and display verified practice listings.
• To authenticate account holders and verify practice ownership.
• To respond to inquiries and provide support.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

How we share information

Public listing details are, by nature, displayed publicly. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service — for example, hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), and, where applicable, messaging and payment providers — and only as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep account holders signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.

Data retention

We retain account and verification data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data (see below).

Your choices

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your account information by contacting us. Practices may also request corrections to public listing details.

Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time; we'll revise the "last updated" date above.
